There was only one post with similar problems that I am having ( http://old.nabble.com/Segmentation-fault-on-loading-model-to31598877.html#a31598877 Segmentation-fault-on-loading-model ) but it does not have a solution (yet). I am currently running player v3.0.2 and stage plugin v3.2.2 on Ubuntu 10.04 64-bit. I obtained both the packages from Toby Collet's launchpad site. However, the worlds file directory was not installed directly to /usr/share/stage/worlds/ (I don't know why) so I had to copy the worlds file directly from stage-3.-2.2 source directory. I have added all the files that I think is necessary to determine the problem I am having, please let me know if you need additional information. When I run player with the attached cfg1.cfg file, I get the following output: Registering driver Player v.3.0.2 * Part of the Player/Stage/Gazebo Project [http://playerstage.sourceforge.net]. * Copyright (C) 2000 - 2009 Brian Gerkey, Richard Vaughan, Andrew Howard, * Nate Koenig, and contributors. I looked for strtod_l.c on my system and without surprise couldn't find it. At this point I am not sure how to proceed. Any help is very much appreciated.
