[PlayerStage-Gazebo] Not being able to access svn repository through terminal

I am trying to access the svn repository:

I have tried both http as well as https addresses. I am being able to browse
the net as well as the repository through my web Browser. (Firefox)

hasan@localhost ~]$ svn co
https://playerstage.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/playerstage/code/gazebo

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
