Hi, Im new to player/stage. I seem to have installed player, and I can see that by ahsann@ahsann-desktop:~/playerstage/stage-2.0.0a$ which player /usr/local/bin/player but when I try installing stage I get this error ahsann@ahsann-desktop:~/playerstage/stage-2.0.3$ sudo ./configure . . . checking whether a program can dlopen itself... (cached) yes checking whether a statically linked program can dlopen itself... (cached) yes appending configuration tag "F77" to libtool checking for stdint.h... GTK+-2.4 or later is required. Now I have libgtk 2.8.2-0 version that comes along with the dapper version of Ubuntu. I dont know why Im getting this error, is it because of some path problem? Also not that libgtk-dev is not installed, however, libgtk-common and others are. I cant install -dev due to some conflicting dependencies which my system cant seem to resolve ... Can someone help me, im stuck.
