In the meantime, two things happened: (1) GCC got stricter in its error-checking (e.g., choking on over- qualified class members) (2) Linux changed some of its headers (e.g., now you need to #include one or more type headers before #including <linux/joystick.h>) In any case, the 1.6.x line is no longer maintained, so we're not trying to fix these bugs / problems. Thus I highly recommend that you use a more recent version, for example 2.0.3. brian. |
