Hello, I've downloaded the latest version of gazebo and installed it on a freshly installed Debian (testing). Running gazebo with worldfiles "carchassis, road" result in: ** Gazebo 0.6.1 ** * Part of the Player/Stage Project [http://playerstage.sourceforge.net]. * Copyright 2000-2005 Brian Gerkey, Richard Vaughan, Andrew Howard, * Nate Koenig and contributors. * Released under the GNU General Public License. using display [:0.0] Segmentation fault Running gazebo with worldfiles "wheelchair, terrain, example, blimp" result in: ** Gazebo 0.6.1 ** * Part of the Player/Stage Project [http://playerstage.sourceforge.net]. * Copyright 2000-2005 Brian Gerkey, Richard Vaughan, Andrew Howard, * Nate Koenig and contributors. * Released under the GNU General Public License. using display [:0.0] *** glibc detected *** malloc(): memory corruption: 0x080c9998 *** Aborted It seems to run fine with an *empty* worldfile (running wxgazebo with empty worldfile results in a simultion control window popping up and time starting to increase). ./configure on gazebo says (among other things): checking for GDK_PIXBUF... configure: WARNING: GDK_pixbuf not found; some functionality will be disabled Gazebo will build Python bindings Gazebo will build wxgazebo (GUI) Gazebo will NOT build the gzbuilder utility: could not find gdal_priv.h I couldn't find anything on the mailing list or the web, would really appreciate any help.
