#8 Bulb mode on K-30 does not work
Hi!
I'm trying to use bulb mode with my K-30, with no success.
Seems bolb setting is not recognized:
$ pktriggercord-cli -t 35 -o test -w
pktriggercord-cli: K-30 Connected...
pktriggercord-cli: Invalid shutter speed value.
Photo is taken with much shorted exposure then specified.
I modified the "if" statement in pktriggercord.cli.c to make bulb recognized by the program:

After this modification camera dos not open the shutter at all, just displays status screen for a wait.
Any idea how to fix it?
Or any specific setting on camera should be done?

Bulb mode has to be set manually on the camera before starting the program. I've fixed a K-30 exposure mode recognition bug not long ago. Can you check the SVN version?

Camera is set to "B" on the mode dial, anything else is needed?

I had to add special exposure mode handling for K-30, but your output suggests that it's not necessary. Could you please modify pslr_model.c line

and recompile?
It is now better in terms that program seems to recognize bulb setting and tries to start the exposure. But the shutter is not triggered and photo not taken.

Yes, I'm afraid K-30 uses a different protocol.
I have a different issue with bulb mode on windows. I'm not sure if you have any ideas but when I run a 2 shot or I shot exposure with an exposure of 40 seconds it says that the shutter speed is invalid but starts taking the exposure. The problem is it won't close the shutter until I press the shutter button. Then it dosent wait the interval and starts the second exposure and stays open till I press the shutter again. The bulb mode on the camera is mode 2 where the sequence is press to open press again to close.
If I change to bulb mode 1 which is hold shutter button down for exposure and repeat the sequence it opens and closes the shutter immediately then it will. Actually wait the desired interval and open and close the shutter immediately again.
Is there a way to resolve this so that it fires for the desired time. And also what bulb setting should I be using.

What is the exact command line which gives you the Invalid shutter speed value warning? The program should give you the warning only if the syntax is incorrect.
