Richard, You should file these as RFEs on the sourceforge project page for phpWebSite. They will probably get lost in the ebb and flow of daily email if you just send them this way. Don. How do you guys keep panels such as the layout manager panel floating around till the user clicks the close panel button? Is there a function to pass the html to or something? Thanks, Richard S. |

PageMaster should have the feature to move sections within it's page up or down. Maybe in the future left or right. |

I like the new thing that you can set the user to go straight to the modules section which helped a little bit but I have a request. Can we have it so we can have the option to send the user when logging in to the module section OR to a specific module by selecting the module from a drop down list. If that seems to be too complicated or time consuming, can we just have so that we can input a URL to send a user to upon logging in? In my scenario, I want the user to be sent to a page that displays general statistics on some data but currently it just has the ability to send the user to the modules page or the page they where previously at. I don't actually mind typing in "index.php?module=my_module&etc" but a drop down list of available modules to go to directly upon signing can be a time saver also. Regards, Richard S. |

realized a bug involving zeroes and nulls in game scores. those interested parties will want to update to teamsite 0.1.1. Just untar contents to mod/teamsite and update from boost. Update script will set all 0-0 games to NULL scores. I'm banking that there won't be too many actual 0-0 tie games in the three days that teamsite has been out. back to my flu. Don. |

I found this in a newsgroup. The poster had some very complimentary things to say about phpwebsite but offered the following peeve: "I only have one major, MAJOR bitch -- which is not specific to phpWebSite, btw -- and that is the propensity of the software developers To Capitalise Every Bloody Word In Their On-Screen Instructions To Users To The Point Where You Want To Scream And Throw Up. (Where do they get this obnoxious and very, very un-English habit from, I wonder? It actually *detracts* from the software's usefulness.)" Food for thought :) Matt |

If you log in as a deity then you will be provided with a settings option on the FAQ menu. Inside settings there is an option to change the layout. A very interesting list. One that I think identifies a few of the weak spots in phpWebSite. Particularly in the areas of work flow and versioning. > Cool, I would like to see conversion of one format (such as word) to > html and vice versa. Hrmmm I would too. But given that the word format is not only proprietary, but purposefully obfuscated by Microsoft, I am not holding my breath. A more useful tool would be an RTF to HTML (and vice versa) converter. Anyone know of a good one? > I have class downloaded from somewhere that saves > html as pdf files if anyone wan't to use for a module or something. That could be useful as well, please share the link or (if small enough) just email it to me or any of the ASU team. Kind Regards, Brian -- Brian W. RFE? I didn't claim it to be a bug or high priority but a common poll will not allow a user to answer twice.
