I also need more specific watermark positioning capabilities. In addition, I need the ability to scale and rotate the watermark.

It would be great if it was possible to more exactly
position watermark images. For example,
fltr[]=wmi|images/watermark.png|BL|10 to specify the
bottom left plus 10px of padding or
fltr[]=wmi|images/watermark.png|TL|10|5 to specify the
top left plus 10px padding to the left and 5px padding
to the right.
