#55 cronmail.php that works with classes in .7

This is the latest incarnation of the cronmail.php
script. To use it just put it in your favorite location
and run a crontab at whichever time you prefer like this:

00 23 * * * /usr/bin/php4
/path/to/phpslash/contrib/cronmail.php

This will email users using the mailinglist.class
calls, thus it will behave exactly as the webform for
the admin mailing list does. If you want to override
the time that users get their headlines, you can do so
by uncommenting the apropiate line.
