I recently incorporated the phpslash blocks code into my own project and noticed the same thing. Additionally, I have some blocks that I would like cached but they have maybe 4 or 5 different possible contents so they can't be cached. I thought it would be relatively easy to make the block cache be, say, a serialized array, to save several different cached versions of the block, and have it keyed to some variable(s). Then I thought, I have some other things I'd like to cache so why not have a table just for cached bits instead of having it in the block... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lars" <la...@kv...> To: <php...@li...> Sent: Saturday, November 02, 2002 6:16 PM Subject: [phpslash-users] Cache problem/bug + request > Hi! > > Just noticed another "ugly" little gremlin in the code that should be easy > to iron out.
