I think your setup would handle a mild website, maybe 20-50? simultaneous
users, provided you have enough RAM and bandwidth.

My current server is running 4 phpslash websites, none of which are heavy
hitters yet. (I don't have the T3 in yet) but my server is a dual 366 with
512mb RAM and 3 NICs, its also my home router, proxy and file server.

I've used apache bench to stress test a few setups and have never been able
to push my loadavg very much. Here are some ab results of my server
(connecting locally, by no means scientific.)

while at concurrency 16, loadavg was 0.03 0.02 0.00, with a bunch of other
things running. (squid, samba, firewall etc..)

when I tried ab at concurrency of 50 strange things happened, so I'm going
to look into that before I post anything about it.
