[Phpmylibrary-users] Q

Hi every body, still I can't install phpmylibrary on my ubuntu machine. the problem is when I try to install it, it go through all the steps and finally it shows me that the installation is successfull but when i click on view site button it takes me back to preinstallation phase and it also shows me 

configuration.php         Unwriteable  You can still continue the install as the     
                                                         configuration will be displayed at the
                                                         end, just copy & paste this and upload.

Where is this configuration file is it?
