[Phpmylibrary-users] Phpmylibrary installation.

Please help me for Phpmylibrary installation.
I have two questions...

   Is phpmylibrary can work on xammp?
   If it doesn't, i installed all the reqiured pachakes Php, mysql and apache and the preintallation check has come, then after the first phase i can't continue. it shows me the username and the password provided are incorrect.

please help,
