HelpDesk Feature

    I'd love to see a helpdesk feature tied in to the 
system.  Especially one that could check a pop account 
for new trouble tickets.
I'm using this one found at
http://www.inetflex.com/opensource/
because it was the only one I could install (newbie)
that was able to check a pop account.
I've looked at systems like IRM but I like the style 
of yours better.

Sounds like a good idea. Anything you would like to see
specifically in such a helpdesk feature (aside from the pop
account item?)
