PHPlot needs an option to remove the pie chart borders which are drawn when the shading is set to 0.

This has been implemented and committed to Subversion (on the Rel6 branch) and is planned for phplot-6.0.0. New SetPieBorderColor() sets the segment border color, and SetDrawPieBorders() turns them on or off. Segment borders now also work with shaded pie charts (but default off). Documentation has been updated.
