Why I can't use functions mail() in my form-mail PHP page.
Has the version 2.3.2 build 23-09-2003 been fixed it jet?

function mail does not have anything with PHP HOME. To make it enabled, you need to install 3rd party EMAIL SERVER.
I advise f.e MDAEMON -> www.google.com
