At this point there is no good group to put my helpdesk staf f into. They must be in the admin group to view the jobs and update them. The manager group can only add jobs.
The staff group should be able to add jobs, view jobs assigned to them, and view jobs they created.

In my opinion there should also be an unassigned option when adding a job. All unassigned jobs will appear in all of the staff users job list. That way, one of them can assign it to themselves and take ownership off it.
