CVS for timetrack is now included in phpgroupware. It is current with phpgw 0.9.12, but the upgrade procedure is not fully tested. I recommend you check out the timetrack cvs module from phpgroupware, backup your database, and attempt the timetrack upgrade procedure under /timetrack/setup/ (you must have admin access in groupware to do this). Timetrack has also undergone extensive table name changes, etc. I cannot guarantee that some manual sql changes may need to also be made. In phpgw 0.9.12 they changed the names of most of the tables and they also changed the way Groups are handled can you help me fix that problem?
