Thanks for the answer. To bad it isn't possible yet. I'm looking forward for that.
The Unique number is an service number. So if the customer is not pleased about something we can trace him/her with this number. The customer will get this number when there is an service job. With the survey they can tell us how happy there are about it. 
After this al they get an discount coupon. To secure abuse of using the twice or more. the systems checks on IP, Email, and service number. now this check is after the survey(outro page) but without the service number check.
The way it is now is not very clean. So I would like to intergrate all this into the survey.Isn't it possible to "cook" this in myself?

actions on answers are not (yet) possible, you can always file a feature request for this (with an example of how and why to use it). The same goes for unique responses (although I fail to see the use for that, for surveys users should be oblivious of other people's answers).

Is it possible to apply an action after a question?
For example: if the answer is A send an email to ex...@ex... else nothing.
Another thing I want to do is, If the answare already exist you cannot continue (when the user must fill in an unique number).
In a stand alone php file I can make this work. but I don't know how to intergrate this in phpESP.
 
Does someone know how/where I can do this?

I don't think Mailman has anyway of dealing with were replies are posted
in the message.  It's up to each user where/how they reply/post.  But
this does bring up a VERY good reason to top-post instead of bottom-post
in the whole top vs bottom war.

I will add a config option that lets you define a search user and password,
so those can then be used to bind to do the user DN-search.
Many LDAP configs have DN's for users where the username is not even
mentioned, eg for me this could be:
DN=cn=franky van liedekerke,o=edynamics,c=be
while my username is totally different than "franky van liedekerke" :-)
So you can't asume the DN just by having part of it in a config, you need to
search for it.

[phpesp-general] where do negative numbers come from on rating scale

I have downloaded survey results and find negative numbers where there

Looking at the code yeah we search then bind, which is valid.  I wonder
if we should have a default distinguished name(DN) in the config and if
that is set, skip the search and bind directly as that DN substituting
the filter attribute and the username used?

If your users are all in a single OU in AD you shouldn't have a problem.
A bind is performed when users login.

possibility in the next version.
For now: go to admin/include/lib/espauth-ldap.inc, search for the line that
mentions "ldap_connect" and add the following lines:

if ($ds) {
   $ldapbind=ldap_bind($ds, "YOUR DN","YOUR PASS");
   if (!$ldapbin) {
      return false;
   }
}
