anyone have a utility page or set of functions which enables respondents to change their passwords? I will be auto-generating passwords for a large group of users and some will undoubtedly want to change theirs. thanks |

This is a bug-fix release to fix some minor bugs found in version 1.6. Bugs fixed in this release include: a small bug in CSV export involving rank questions, a slash-escaping problem for question choice options, some URL handling bugs, and a translation issue. As usual you may obtain this version from the SourceForge servers. Follow the link on the phpESP home page, or use the following URL: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/phpesp/phpESP-1.6.1.tar.gz -James |

Was helping someone out last night with the CSV export bug[1] and I found that it has already been fixed[2] in CVS. Was thinking that this is a pretty major bug, one that we might want to do a bug fix release, before 1.7. Think we should? Also, what's left to get Kon's "forking" patch ready to commit to the main CVS tree, so we can all work on fixing it up? Feature Requests item #719236, was opened at 2003-04-10 14:53 Message generated for change (Comment added) made by axelseaa You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=358956&aid=719236&group_id=8956 Category: data analysis Group: None Status: Open Priority: 5 Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: CVS Output Initial Comment: WHen you have a checkbox question with mulitiple answers allowable, it would be most helpful if that was exported to the cvs in a way that each checkbox could have its own cell. This will be easy when some wishes to cross tabulate data. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Aaron Axelsen (axelseaa) Date: 2003-04-15 15:51 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=704595 Do you have a timetable on when this will be patched in the new versions? This feature is very important to us and I would rather not attempt to edit it myself, due to the fact that your future upgrades will not work properly with it. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Aaron Axelsen (axelseaa) Date: 2003-04-10 16:16 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=704595 I just installed version 1.5 and tried it out. They all appear in the same cell when I open the CVS in Microsoft Excel. Is there soemthing I am missing here? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Aaron Axelsen (axelseaa) Date: 2003-04-10 15:30 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=704595 Will this be implemented in future versions of phpESP?? ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: Luis Henrique Cassis Fagundes (lfagundes) Date: 2003-04-10 15:22 Message: Logged In: YES user_id=711750 I've implemented this in v1.5, but I've been too busy to patch the last version. If you want to get the files for v1.5, send an email to lfagundes at futuro dot usp dot br. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=358956&aid=719236&group_id=8956 |
