I want to delete the postgres user created from the installer, but i i don't find the way

  it is indeed in netinfo, you can simply delete it there.

  i am not sure where the user is, but i think it is in Netinfo.
  you can view with:
  dscl localhost -read /Search/Users/postgres
  
  you can similarly delete, or use nicl commands to delete.
