We have found that in the Windows 7 operation system the Workflow Editor does not upload the the local input and job executable files when the Firefox or the Opera browser is used.
Under Windows7 please, use InternetExplorer 8 for the time being to avoid calamities.

This behaviour was observed in case of portal version 2.9.1
