Warning/error on every invocation "Duplicate specification..."

Running 2.10.2, on Redhat9, i386.  For the required modules, I got the 
latest version of all from CPAN (one of the ones included errored out in 
'make test', so I opted for the newest).  Every time I invoke pgpenvelope, 
I get this:

Duplicate specification "decryption-program|decryptionprogram=s" for 
option "decryptionprogram"
Duplicate specification "encryption-program|encryptionprogram=s" for 
option "encryptionprogram"

I even went as far as to do this to my 'prefs':

...
encryption-program = GnuPG
decryption-program = GnuPG
...

Still I get this warning.  Anyone else seen this / know how to make it be 
quiet ?  pgpenvelope seems to work fine otherwise.
