pgpenvelope for whole message?

Hi!

I am up to install pgpenvelope. I just have 2 questions:

(1) Does pgpenvelope support encrypting and decrypting of the whole
message, including attachments?

(2) Procmail does check the PGP signature right after my computer
receives the mail. If I did not import the signature in advance, will
I be able to check it with pine afterwards?
