command-line parameters for pgpenvelope_enrypt

I'm trying to use pgpenvelope as a pgp-gateway, it works fine for
decryption/verifcation.
but there does not seem to be command-line parameter to disable the ui in
pgpenvelope_encrypt.
is that correct?
