There are two solutions to your problem.  First, if you use the procmail
setup described in the manpage, all PGP messages are saved as-is in the
pgpenvelope-backup folder.

Second, you can enable the following option in your ~/.pgpenvelope/prefs
file, as described in ~/.pgpenvelope/prefs.default:

confirm-decryption = 1
