#32 Dimensions for dimensionless columns

Currently, PGD generates dimensions for "dimensionless" columns such as date and timestamp. Thus the resulting DDL script is not processed by PostgreSQL (9.x). I realize the user can delete the default dimension values, but the default for these types of "dimensionless" columns should be empty or null and the user override should be to add them (if for some reason this was necessary).
