[Pfunit-support] Allow line breaks and comments in pFUnit directives

Dear all,
   I have a small patch that allows line breaks and comments in the
pFUnit directives, such as

  @assertEqual( 10 , & ! make sure i is really 10
                i )

The patch adds a file bin/getFortranLine.py which handles comments,
line breaks and multiple instructions separated by ";". Then this is
used in bin/pFUnitParser.py to get the source lines.

There is also a file bin/getFortranLine_tests.py with unit tests for
the Fortran reader - I am not sure where it belongs.

Please, if you think that it is useful for pFUnit feel free to include
it!
