[Pfunit-support] optional mpirun

Hi there pFunit-folks,

since I am using your tool in many different environments, could you make it optional to specify the location of the mpirun executable in your makefile?

For example, by introducing an environmentvariable MPIRUN, that could be set, just like the MPIF90-Variable.

That way, I could run the compilation by a script without modifing the GNUMakefile every time.
