Fixed import resideu when raw index was LAST in seq

still not done with correlate...checking in so I can transfer code to anohter computer

First whack at correlate...not finished yet...checking partial implementation into CVS so I can retrieve from Cambridge site

test of pfaat under eclipse CVS control

on Sort By Column and Filter by Column the drop down menus NOW have
a residue count next to the residue letters

STARTINDEX is now *NOT* used since Daniel discovered it is not a robust
implementation, PDB viewing and other features are infected including
exceptions caused by a non-robust implementation of "start index".

The fix is START NUMBER which is used only in the display showing
information on the selected residue...it does not chagne the reported
raw index number the way STARTINDEX did.
