Just to say you can find decent langpacks for Farsi Mozilla, currently at verion 0.52beta for Mozilla 1.1 and soon to release for mozilla 1.2b ( as soon as it's stable on my pc), at :http://persianmozilla.sourceforge.net/

Can u tell me exactly what "prefer working with me
directly" means. If this project is going to succeed
everyone has to work together, so tell them to try and
be a bit more flexible :-) anyway I don;t think these
kind of projects need a boss, but sure someone to
coordinate teh effort.

well i don't think it's that much important if we use
farsimoz or persianmozilla.  What is important is to
have an uptodate site. Have u and your friends
actually STARTED the translation. If not u can tell me
which subcomponent u wanna transalte and I will send u
or your friends the appropriate transaltion up to now,
so that no translations are done twice.
