I just downloaded the latest Debian version of Peppermint with the xfce de.
I also downloaded the latest Devuan version of Peppermint, also with the xfce de.
I found out that Librewolf is in the live Debian Peppermint download, but it is not
included in the menu. You can type librewolf in the menu start block and
Librewolf starts. Also, looking in Synaptic in the live Debian version download, you see that
Librewolf is installed. So the question is: Why is it installed but not in the menu ?
In the live Devuan version of Peppermint, however, Librewolf is not installed.
So, the question there is why is it installed in the Debian version,
but not in the Devuan version ?

thanks 👍 for bringing that up. We will need to fix that.
libre wolf is used for Kumo. the ssb browser tool.
technically libre wolf is installed. however we remove it from the menu so the user can decide the web browser of choice. by default the peppermint flagship doesn't intend to push the user towards a browser as that should be a choice decided by them.
we will fix the debian missive and remove that icon from the menu thanks
