Works for me.

Also, we could have some kind of "bring some blank CD's and we'll burn th=
e
linux distribution of your choice" thing going at the installfest.  I cou=
ld
put it on the web page, even.  (Ask the program book guy.)

An installfest is something the LUGs are going to want to pool resources =
on,
but having one group overseeing it isn't a bad thing.  (Try to get them t=
o
talk to EACH OTHER. And remember, we don't need leaders in this crowd as =
much
as we need coordinators.  We can't usefully ask people to do things they'=
re
unlikely to do if we don't ask them, because they probably won't do it
anyway.  But we CAN try to be aware of the things they want to do and try=
 to
keep them from stepping on each other's toes while doing them, make sure =
they
have space, make sure they know who else is doing it (and SUGGEST other
things they might want to try instead)...)
