#54 Feature Request: When excepting traffic, allow comment addition.

When excepting traffic, e.g. log window, right-click ... it would be useful if there were an add note (comment) option. Presumably it would end up at the end of a line in a whitelisting file list.

e.g. I noticed taffic on UDP 17500 to 255.255.255.255 - some googling revealed it to be Dropbox lansync. I thought I had turned it off - so I went and turned it off again (in Dropbox). Earlier, I noticed other entries, which turned out to be Bonjour - which I excepted.

It would be useful when I come back to the entry later, perhaps months from now, if I could read the comment I made at the time as to why I excepted the traffic (or not).

However, with the changes I'm currently working on (move whitelisting parts to pglcmd), it is not trivial.
I'd have to implement this in the allow lists (new) instead of the variables.
