How i can get pgl to work in Debian Wheezy

Same behaviour here, also with Debian Wheezy. This could be a problem with the
init scripts. With a fresh install of pgl and default options, trying to start
pgl I also get in /var/log/pgl/pglcmd.log:

Thanks jre, that solved the problem. Looks like a LSB init problem. FYI, this
behaviour was 1st detected on 2012-03-23 morning, with new packages from
nightly Debian testing updates. A new lsb was in fact installed (see http://lists.debian.org/debian-testing-

On 2012-03-22 (Thursday), the following source package(s) entered testing:

puf456 might be right, init-functions have been a frequent cause of problems.
Please report the output of AFTER you tried to start pgl
Mine is
Then you may try to use the internal LSB init-functions. Set in
/etc/pgl/pglcmd.conf
I just noticed that I'm currently using the internal ones, so that may explain
why it works for me on my Debian wheezy/sid system.
