When I launch Peerguardian 2 (last release), I have the
following error :
"PeerGuardian is unable to load the packet filtering
driver.
This could happen if PeerGuardian crashed and didn't
have a chance to unload the driver, or if the file
pgfilter.sys can't be found.
If PeerGuardian crashed, please run ""Recover
PeerGuardian"" from the start menu to attempt to
recover from the problem."

If I use The Recover PeerGuardian tool I can't find
missing drivers.

My OS is WinXP and it has worked fin at the beginning
but no more now.
I have tried to uninstall and install the log but nothing.

Do you have an idea ??
Thank a lot

I have resolved my problem but I don't know how i did it.
I have reinstalled my WinXP (from an old version) and now it
    works fine.
Sorry I can't tell you more now.
I also think that is due to the new release of my firewall
ZoneAlarm 6. Before ZA 6 all was OK after the install it was
    not.

Thanks a lot all for your help

I've had this same problem. I've used PG for 3 years or so.
While I use PG all the time and think it one of my most
powerful tools on my PC, I can't believe no one has help us
    users out.
After rebooting try this. Turn off computer. Secure the
power from your system by either pulling the power cord out
of the back or turning off your surge protector. Then hit
the on/off button on the PC. This will discharge the
capacitors in your system. Now restore & power boot. This
    has worked for me.
