It would be nice to be able to create, rename, and delete presets for the menu near the OK button, and to be able to change the default one. For instance, i'd like to have "delete after archive" always set, and also "update archive if exists" in 7z config as well.
Thanks!
This would be greatly appreciated. Currently, PeaZip seems to have no way to remember "advanced" options when compressing or converting to 7-Zip—or any other format. I end up using 7-Zip instead whenever possible, and only use PeaZip for very large batch archive conversion jobs where it's worth the time to override all the advanced settings
Hello, in release 7.2.0 was added the option to remember more advanced options (spanning, dictionary size, workd, passes, solid block size...).
Moreover, it is now possible to save compression options, as set in the GUI, as custom compression settings files - for future use, or to be shared with other machines.
Also, compression presets were rewritten to benefit of the new custom compression settings files mechanism, and can be replaced/customized with user provided settins (explained in details in documentation).
