This app did not run for me (Windows 11). When I tried to launch it , I received to errors for missing files (msvcr100.dll add msvcp100.dll). These files are located in 2 or 3 directories , so I decided to to copy the one from the windows-> system32 directory. I tried to start the app again, and it still failed. Uninstalled and on to the next.

This is terrible - it did open the pdf file, but was unable to edit it, I opened it in libreoffice draw and had it edited and saved out in about 30 seconds.

If I just want to delete a part, it can't even do it, even if I want to put in a white image ... Would that be that complicated?

It even does not open documents, the error is: Pdf library unable to perform action Reason:Unable to open file.

5 Stars!! REAL REVIEW! Last update was 2014, but software was "bugfree/freture complete". I review and release FOSS software packs/suggestions. THIS IS THE BEST BYTE4BYTE PDF EDITOR/VIEWER FOR WINDOWS. PERIOD, Full Stop = THE BEST! It works on Windows 10 as of 2020 dec the 4th PERFECTLY! If you cant use it, read the wiki and help ppl.
