#1 scroll a line while using "up" key

I use PCManX (windows 0.1 version). It's very good.
But have small incorrect scroll when I telnet to
bbs.ee.ntu.edu.tw and read articles in story board.
An article is very long and need to scroll page.
Using "PgUP" key is normal but using "Up" isn't.
The scroll screen is only refresh one line, I think it's
incorrect.

    I did think it had been solved because I have the same
    problem in 0.1.7.8 (windows).
    Please try connecting to "bbs.ee.ntu.edu.tw" and view any
    context of a post by using the up, down arrow keys.
