#478 Find (CTRL-F) doesn't work as expected in v3.40

Not sure if this should go as a Feature request but behaviour definitely changed in the last version and a lack of functionality to me.

Description:
if the search bar is open CTRL-F (Find on Windows) doesn't have any effect

Expected result:
Even is search bar is opened pressing CTRL-F should focus the search text-input and select everything in there so that I can start a new search.

Additional:
When search bar is opened the Edit menu doesn't have the Find item (see screenshot)

Use case:
I usually search for an entry then copy the required password/data and forget about passwordsafe. When I open it again to look for another entry I press CTRL-F to start a search... This doesn't work in this version.

I believe this is a duplicate of BR1365 at https://sourceforge.net/p/passwordsafe/bugs/1365/ which states will be fixed in next release.

Thanks! I wrongly posted this in "support requests" instead of bugs and didn't see the oter request. Definitely the same issue.
