On an entry's Basic tab, the button with a gold key and overlaid green right-pointing arrow has no tool-tip, and has no apparent effect when pressed. It took me a while to figure out it's the ‘Copy Password to Clipboard’ button, which I did via exploring the context menu for an entry.

This button works fine for me with v3.54.01 64-bit on Windows 10 (20H2)

Huw, you are correct this button is a' copy password to clipboard button'. This button does have the below two effects when pressed.

    1. The button image should show as the pressed image and then revert.
    2. The password is copied to clipboard as you've indicated
    3. The Password Safe main window status area (probably covered up by the Edit Entry window!) will update with 'Pswd Copied' and the time the action was take.

FYI, another way to copy password to clipboard on the Edit Entry dialog is to click on the label for 'Password' to the left of the text box for Password.
