Functioning of ‘Share File’ command

Changes to enable Winget install without admin privileges
Still present in V3.64, however if the file is instead dragged inside the main window area (‘the canvas’?; which does not result in the display of a + icon with the cursor) and released there, the database will be opened, and at least with my ‘read only’ setting, does not result in merged data. So, not quite implemented as per original feature request, but does work. The difference is illustrated here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/26195160/wpf-drag-and-drop-a-file-into-the-whole-window-titlebar-and-window-borders-inc...
Replicated on V3.64 Win 10. Not strictly a bug – however, ‘closing the database (safe)’ versus ‘exiting the program’ could benefit from being more clearly distinguished. And, if it's simple to implement, an additional option to ‘clear clipboard on closing database (safe)’ would probably be useful to some.
V3.64 Win 10, and it's still possible to delete the active database without warning this way.
I noticed in WinGet that PWSafe (Password Safe) Store Edition by ‘Hauke Hasselberg’ (or Hauke Götze?) exists on Microsoft Store: https://www.microsoft.com/store/productid/9P36MK26TT4X It's not listed at https://www.pwsafe.org/relatedprojects.shtml
