#842 Use a standard paperclip symbol to indicate v4 DB entry has an attachment
On Windows 7, 8/8,1, or 10, the Segoe UI Symbol font Unicode hex character code 1F4CE is paperclip symbol that can be used to indicate that a v4 database entry has an attachment.
This FR is for the the Unicode hex character code 1F4CE (paperclip symbol) to be used in the Tree View and all dialogs when the user Tree/List font is Segoe UI Symbol and where the entry has attachment (instead of the '+' symbol that is currently being used) in a v4 database on Windows 7, 8/8.1 or 10.
May I make an implementation suggestion that the protected and attachment symbols and associated functions are moved to the Fonts class within PasswordSafe rather than in the Tree View class CPWTreeCtrlX. This would be better in my opinion as these symbols are used in dialogs other than the Tree View and are font dependent.
Implemented in commit ffa6d55a1 - will be in next release.
