Did a bit of testing with v3.72pre on my high DPI laptop (2560x1440 where Windows default to a recommended 200% display scaling). Happy to report that on high dpi displays, changing font size using View > Change Font no longer result in oversized fonts and on startup the application window is correctly positioned where it was last closed.
This ticket is to report a display issue that I did not have in v3.71. On my install of Password Safe for both v3.71 and v3.72pre, I have the high dpi settings of pwsafe.exe in Windows set to ' scaling performed by Application' (see high dpi settings.jpg). With this setting, viewing the Options screens in v3.71 vs. 3.72 shows that the check boxes and text for various Options screen settings are tiny compared to v3.71 and also compared to other checkboxes and text on the same Option screen (see image attached). I presume this issue is resulting from changes made in v3.72pre.
An observation regarding this one is that the setttings in Options that are affected are all the ones that are stored in the database. The issue might be a change related to font or font size used in Options screens that is not necessary.
Will be fixed in 3.72.1
