#1369 Virtual keyboard becomes unusable after clicking on Randomize button

After bringing up the virtual keyboard (e.g. On opening safe or on the change safe password dialog), after the first click on the virtual keyboard Randomize button, all keys and other buttons stop working except for the Cancel button. So the only thing the user can do is to Cancel. The virtual keyboard remains this way until the application is closed.

Rony, please close this. I have trouble reproducing it on other computers. I'll file a new BR if I find a way to consistently reproduce it.

Rony, since you haven't gotten around to close this, let's leave it open then based on new information.

What I have noticed is that this did not happen on a computer running windows 7, but it does happen on two other computers, one with windows 8.1 and the other with windows 10. So I suspect this issue is a Windows 8.1/10 issue.

To reproduce:

1. Start with Password Safe not running
2. Launch Password Safe
3. Click on the virtual keyboard icon
4. Click on the Randomize button

After step 4, all buttons on the keyboard stop working except for the Cancel button.

If the problem doesn't appear, close the application and try again. It didn't happen all the time, but most of the time.
