csunit test attributes added

corrected and simplified partitura.GetAllParts()

Label/UnLabel of Parts with A, B, C ..
now works.
Also we are using RoutedUICommands now for everything.

rename ShapeType to Shape

solved some bugs regarding resizing of splitted Boxes
now splitters are just double values, not rects
CanUpdate now performs an update on a deep copy
all tests pass

selectitemCommand will only show the part of a Box
under the mouse pointer as selected.

Not yet done.

format changes
auto open example for testing

finally the playview displays the lines with correct coordinates.
Just needed to conider dpi values!
