I really like clipboard manager idea, but I also like passwords manager idea, and both don't mix too well (passwords show up in clipboard history).
It would be great if some applications could be blacklisted so that the changes they make to clipboard do not get into clipboard history...

Mark all as spam, and block user from posting to "Feature Requests"
I second this -- currently you have to choose between using parcellite and a password manager app.
Another option would be to allow removing history entries with a command-line flag so it would be possible to hack up a bash script for removing copied passwords.
