Hi Joost, You have not offend me. I don't consider the expression of your point of view and the view of PTgui to be offensive. I think the issue here is that when two parties disagree in the interpretation of a license or a contract, there is only one way to resolve that difference, and that is the courts: let a judge decide for us which interpretation is correct. Currently I am not interested in asking a judge decide if you are using lawfully (or not) the license. I am happy and willing to work with you, Max, and Alexandre in maintaining a common interface to our programs. I will make this a priority and policy of Panotools: to work with commercial products towards an interface that makes it easy to interact with the functionality of panotools via fork/exec. I'll wait until you act on your offer and you re-release your products without dynamic linking to any of the versions of panotools (including pano12).
