I would prefer a), because it clearly shows that the speedup is not based on part of the image value-interpolator, but a separate option. I have one more question? I guess you changed the main loop that transforms a whole image, right? I'm asking to see if my nona stitcher would benefit from your improments, or if I would have to reimplement them.
