I have tested with STL2 motherboards using panicsel utilities. This
motherboard supports IPMI 1.0, which supplies some/many of the functions.
Showsel - works
Hwreset - works
Pefconfig - full functionality needs IPMI 1.5, so exits, but there actually
could be a subset of these functions that would work on IPMI 1.0.
Tmconfig - needs IPMI 1.5
Sensor - works on IPMI 1.0 with STL2, although there are 2 as-yet unparsed
sensor types returned.

Subject: [Panicsel-developers] Intel STL2 board capable of IPMI functions?
Andy or Tariq:
Can either of you tell me if the Intel STL2 motherboard I have here in
a system has any circuitry to let me do any IPMI testing?
I seem to recall San (VA's ipmi_kcs developer) having a lot of problems
trying to get any sort of IPMI or other management access to work
correctly with the STL2 based systems.
